CATCH After School Program
The CATCH Program had another great week in the New Year. We started out the week with Monday Medic, a version of Dodgeball with a twist. Star of the game was Ava Healey, with her tactical and forceful moves. Many of our participants competed in the Flag Football League on Tuesday and Floor Hockey on Friday. On Wednesday we celebrated Evan Pierce’s 10th birthday with an ice cream cake and some fun activities. Our weekly Friday Bowling League in collaboration with the Ollie was a huge success. Aidan Colton was awarded a Target Gift Card for being the first participant to bowl a strike. Homework hard worker of the week was Paris Allen, who is always focused and determined during this time.
BCYF-TYNAN TEEN CENTER
Our teen center is now opened Monday through Friday from 6-9 pm. We have a variety of activities for our teens to participate, including but not limited to board games/tournaments, trivia nights, Netflix/movie night. We are also equipped with a brand-new PlayStation with online access. Stop in and use our chrome books for both educational and recreational purposes. We have been long awaiting our Teen Center and are excited to finally have this space!
