Some feel it is okay to wear masks to hide their identities when protesting (Pulling back the mask, Boston Herald, Oct 21.) to avoid lawful prosecution so they can bully, intimidate, and assault those who hold contrary views, but if you say the word “bitch” (BILL WOULD BAN THE B-WORD, Boston Herald, Oct 21.) you could, if the bill proposed by Rep. Dan Hunt of Dorchester was passed, be considered a disorderly person and subject to fines and imprisonment. Is this some sort of alternate universe we’ve spiraled into unbeknownst to us? Because if it isn’t we are in trouble.
