Shocking!! Released Criminals Still Committing Crimes
One definition of reality is ‘The world or state of things as they actually are, as opposed to an idealistic or notional idea of them”. Put another way – how life really is instead of how some hope it is.
As just about everyone knows, Suffolk County District Attorney Rachael Rollins has a policy of not prosecuting crimes such as breaking and entering, shop lifting, resisting arrest and at least a dozen others that SHE doesn’t feel are serious enough to waste her time on. The victims of these crimes of course don’t agree. Her actions, as expected, have lead to an increase in these crimes as anyone with a brain the size of a corn kernel knew would happen. She also has no problem with releasing criminals from jails during the virus situation for ‘their personal safety’. She made that pretty clear too. But she is not the only one in a position of authority in this country disregarding all common sense and having no regard or understanding of reality.
Among others following the same irresponsible, ideological and dangerous policies as Rachael Rollins, is New York City mayor Bill DiBlasio. As if he hasn’t embarrassed himself enough during this Coronavirus lock down in his city, at a press conference last week, he expressed shock and dismay that so many of the criminals he ordered released from jails; including dangerous felons, were using their new found freedom to commit even more crimes. Hearing DiBlasio’s reaction to this, most Americans just shook their heads in disbelief and asked ‘What did he expect?’. I was asking the same thing. But then I realized that DiBlasio and Rollins and some of the other officials in a few other cities doing this are all liberals – every one of them. And like a lot of liberals, they are devoid of all common sense and have absolutely no understanding of reality and how things work in the real world. And when you think about it, their supporters who elect them to office aren’t that much brighter. Unfortunately, much of Massachusetts, like New York City, seems to be top heavy with them.
It looks like there will be a new stimulus package coming out to help American citizens and small businesses negatively affected by the virus. Americans and business need this money as so many are hurting and could lose everything if not given help. And as expected, there are some Democrats in congress who see this as yet another opportunity to loot these funds and use them for their Socialist pet projects that have nothing at all to do with the hardships caused by the virus. America is getting use to these antics and getting pretty tired of them too. Odds are very high that disapproval of them will be reflected in the results of November’s election. But with money being so tight because of the situation, and tax payer dollars needed so badly to help this country, it boggles the mind that Senator Diane Feinstein (D-California) and some other Democrats actually demand that 5 Billion dollars of our tax dollars go the Iran. History tells us that money given to Iran for ‘aid’ goes into their military, which uses it to promote terrorism around the world. For Feinstein and her allies to demand money for a country that constantly chants ‘Death to America’, the question should be asked, are these politicians even Americans anymore?
Now, back to New York, in a time of crisis such as this, good Americans unite; regardless of politics and work together. But not New York’s governor Cuomo (brother of Fredo). Cuomo hates gun owners and pretty much every other group he doesn’t agree with. So when the Remington Firearms Company, that has one of their factories in New York offered to make one of their ware houses available and retool much of their operations to switch to making and donating medical supplies and hospital beds for the cause, Cuomo refused that help for purely ideological reasons and his hatred of gun owners. He then ordered Remington to shut down it’s New York plants. For that move, he’ll be hauled into court.
Also in New York, Reverend Franklin Graham (son of the late, great Rev. Billy Graham), sent his Samaritan’s Purse organization into New York City and set up field hospitals and brought in doctors, nurses and some of the most advanced medical equipment and located it all, at no charge to anyone, in Central Park to care for virus victims. Even Cuomo was grateful for this massive assistance. Samaritan’s Purse rushes to the scene whenever there are people in need. Floods, hurricanes, earth quakes, it does not matter. They come, they help they save lives. The money donated to Samaritan’s Purse goes directly to assisting victims, not to high CEO salaries and luxurious offices and perks like some other charities are famous for. But, as expected, Samaritan’s Purse and Franklin Graham were met with protests from liberal groups that disapprove of the Rev. Graham and Samaritan’s Purse because of their Christian beliefs. Samaritan’s Purse, not allowing the protesters to chase them off, is still there and doing God’s work. As a message to the protesters, counter protesters at one point played an old Rolling Stones song over loud speakers. The name of the song is ‘You can’t always get what you want’.
